About Our Staff
What Staff Does
Blueprint’s staff team helps keep the community organized, safe, and active. Staff handle moderation, project coordination, community support, server operations, resource updates, public communication, and general upkeep across the Minecraft server, Discord, and website.
Staff are here to help the community run smoothly, not to sit above it. The goal is to keep Blueprint welcoming, productive, and focused on realistic building while giving members the support they need to contribute.

We do not take public applications for staff positions. Staff members are appointed as needed based on community activity, maturity, leadership ability, trust, helpfulness, and overall fit within Blueprint.
